PRINCIPLE/RULES New Delhi, the 1st Feb. 1971 G.S.R. 190 In voice of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the proclamation campaign (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, (Act 37 of 1970) the profound governance hereby appoints the 10th of Feb. 1971, as the meet from which wholly the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
